Hollow Slab Construction Method "Ball Void Slab"

Ensures excellent floor impact sound insulation performance! It is easy to install, and there are no irregularities in the individual hollow materials.

The "Ball Void Slab" is a hollow slab construction method that efficiently arranges uniquely shaped capsules to create hollow sections within the floor structure (slab), achieving excellent lightweight properties while maintaining high rigidity. It ensures superior floor impact sound insulation performance and enables overall cost reduction of the structure by achieving one of the lightest classes in the industry. Since the hollow materials are interconnected and unitized, it also offers good workability, with no irregularities in the individual hollow materials. 【Features】 ■ Allows for completely two-way and flexible slab thickness settings ■ Enables overall cost reduction of the structure by achieving one of the lightest classes in the industry ■ Facilitates easy and smooth construction ■ Ensures superior floor impact sound insulation performance ■ Obtained 2-hour fire resistance certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Waffle Wide Slab Method

Formwork material that realizes large spaces with high-strength waffle slabs. Specially shaped polystyrene foam exhibits excellent sound insulation and thermal insulation performance.

The "Waffle Wide Slab Method" uses insulation material made of expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) with dimensions of 910mm in width, 1,820mm in length, and 50mm in thickness to form a waffle-shaped slab. This product, which suppresses floor deflection by allowing concrete to enter in a grid pattern during construction, enables the creation of large spaces up to 10m x 10m without load-bearing walls. It also possesses sound insulation performance that meets the weight floor impact sound level LH-50, and its performance has been confirmed to reach the highest grade "5" of the Japanese housing performance display standards. Additionally, the back of the panel is equipped with steel bars that can be fastened with screws at 303mm intervals, eliminating the need for substructure installation and allowing for direct attachment of interior materials. [Registered technology in the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's 2012 Know-how and Technology Transfer Support Project Technical Matching Database] For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Insulation Material Injection Precast Composite Floor Slab Method 'DM Board Slab'

This is a method for casting PCa synthetic floor slabs that significantly improves the working environment in narrow pits!

The "DM board" is a half precast floor slab with insulation material embedded, allowing for construction without support. By using the "DM board" for the first-floor slab with a pit, it eliminates the need for setting insulation, formwork, and the removal and transportation of supports. [Features] ■ Can be constructed without support ■ Reduction of construction types and shortening of construction period ■ Compatible with inserts and sleeves ■ Lightweight, allowing for VE proposals as well

FC slab construction method

After the concrete hardens, it is completely integrated with the FC board, forming a strong composite slab.

We would like to introduce the "FC Panel Slab Method." This method allows for the construction of long-span slabs without the need for temporary supports. Since prestressing is introduced, long-term creep deflection is extremely minimal, and it has the characteristic of being strong against cracking. Additionally, as it becomes a composite slab, the amount of rebar and concrete is reduced compared to conventional RC slabs. 【Features】 ■ Long-span slabs can be constructed without temporary supports ■ Long-term creep deflection is extremely minimal due to the introduction of prestressing ■ Strong against cracking ■ Thin sections can be easily notched or drilled for piping using a concrete cutter ■ Has sufficient recovery strength against excessive loading *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Kaiserslautern method (steel structure)

Ensure a safe site environment! Half precast slabs with trusses serve as structural materials and formwork.

The "Kaiserslave Method (Steel Structure)" is a construction method where truss-reinforced half precast (PCa) slabs manufactured in a precast factory are laid on a steel frame (steel structure) at the construction site. After reinforcing the remaining rebar on top, concrete is poured to construct the floor. The truss-reinforced half PCa slabs also serve as formwork, reducing the need for temporary materials and ensuring a safer site environment with fewer materials. The ceiling surface will be finished in concrete. Feel free to leave proposals and drawings to us. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Geoslove Method (Surface Improvement Method)

Suitable for soft layers of about 1m in depth! We select and use materials that are environmentally friendly.

This technology is a ground improvement method that involves excavating soft ground to a certain depth, spreading cement, and then mixing, stirring, leveling, and compacting it. It is effective in cases where the soft layer is limited to near the surface. It ensures the bearing capacity of the ground and prevents differential settlement. Additionally, compaction is performed at certain heights to make the ground uniform and solid. 【Features】 - Ensures the bearing capacity of the ground and prevents differential settlement - Suitable when the soft layer is approximately 1 meter deep - Selects and uses environmentally friendly materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FR slab construction method

It is a half precast composite floor slab method that integrates on-site poured concrete.

We would like to introduce the "FR Panel Slab Method." The FR panel is a ribbed precast concrete slab, and the prestress is introduced through PC steel materials arranged in the rib sections. This method involves laying the FR panel on beam formwork, placing the upper reinforcement, and then pouring on-site concrete to integrate the components. 【Features】 ■ The underside of the FR panel is flat, allowing for direct ceiling finishing. ■ Small beams can be omitted, enabling flexible planning. ■ Long-term deflection due to creep is minimal. ■ By adopting the FRS method, it can accommodate floor level differences in areas such as water facilities. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Kaiser Void Slab Method

Achieve a refreshing space! It is possible to enhance the rigidity of the slab without increasing the weight.

The "Kaiser Void Slab Method" is a void slab construction method that arranges polystyrene void forms within the slab cross-section. Truss-reinforced half PCa panels with the void forms attached are laid out at the construction site, and the upper portion is constructed to create the floor. This method allows for an increase in slab rigidity without increasing slab weight, achieving a clean space without small beams. [Applications] - Trusses - Floor slabs - Half PC *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
